Welcome to the NPA's Youth Program's web site!

We hope to provide you with some insight into our programs as well as information regarding the pigeon hobby. The purpose of this program is to emphasize good sportsmanship and to provide recognition for those youth who show initiative and interest in owning, showing, raising, or maintaining pigeons.

This program will be governed by all the rules and regulations adopted by the NPA, therefore, each young person has an equal opportunity to achieve his/her highest potential. This program is also designed to be used on the affiliate club level. To be successful each club must have an individual who is responsible for their youth program.
