National Pigeon Association Lifetime Achievement Award

Presented to Frank Barrachina, of Yucaipa, CA for his significant contributions to the pigeon hobby. He has tirelessly promoted pigeons by being the Show Secretary for the LAPC for many years, and by holding various offices in many Specialty Clubs. He is a Past President of the NPA and served as the Chair of the committee that produced the book "Pigeons of North America In The 21sT Century". Thanks for your many years of great service.
National Pigeon Association Hall of Fame Award

This years awards were presented to the recipients at the 2009 NPA Grand National Pigeon Show held in Lancaster, PA on January 8, 9, & 10, 2009.
Donald Roscoe of Kasota, Minnesota has been selected for the NPA Hall of Fame Award for his many Contributions to the NPA and the pigeon fancy. He is also a recipient of the NPA'a 50th consecutive Year Membership Award and an NPA All-Breeds Master Judge. He has also recieved the NPA Lifetime Acheivment Award and has served as the NPA District 5 Director for four terms. He has judged 23 Grand National Shows and numerous pigeon shows in 23 states, 4 Canadian Provinces, and Bermuda. He has also assisted the NPA Youth Program, Boy Scouts, and various 4-H programs. We salute you for your distinguished career.
