We expect a large turnout of birds, and people from both all around the United States of America and the world. Florida is one of the most-visited places on Earth. This will be only the third National Show ever held in the South and we are anxious to show y' all our southern hospitality and beautiful weather. We have over 40,000 square feet of facilities in one building: the Exhibition Hall for the birds and, across the foyer we have areas for the vendors and

meeting rooms for clubs. The Banquet hall is complete with a beer garden and grill. Lakeland is located on I–4, halfway between Tampa and Orlando Florida airports. Both offer air cargo by Delta. Airfares are at quite reasonable rates. We have 370 rooms blocked in nearby hotels – less than five minutes away – and one on the premises. Rooms range from $79 to $135 per night. Lakeland is a unique city, very clean with colorful crosswalks, an

antiques district, golf courses, lakes, many restaurants, nightlife and beautiful gardens. Birds can be mailed direct to the Lakeland Convention Center and will be mailed back on Saturday, provided they are paid for in adavance with an Express Mail label filled out and sent in the box with the birds. The Lakeland Convention Center will have various tours available for interested parties.
